The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2020 on its official website today i.e. October 16, and Shoyeb Aftab has topped the entrance exam with a percent score of 720 marks.

NTA released the merit list of the NEET 2020 exam today and it revealed that Odisha’s Shoyeb Aftab has topped the exam with full marks. Shoyeb, the 18-year-old from Rourkela, has landed an All India Rank 1 in NEET 2020.

Candidates who appeared for the NEET 2020 examination this year can check their results on the official website of NTA NEET i.e. or download the DigiLocker app on their mobile phones to download their scores.

Full marks in NEET 2020

Shoyeb, who took coaching from a Kota institute, knew he had secured full marks even before the final results had been declared by NTA. According to media reports, topper Shoyeb Aftab already speculated that he might be securing the first rank.

After tallying his answer with the NEET 2020 Answer Key, which was released by NTA just moments before the result was declared, Shoyeb claimed that he had scored full marks in the undergraduate medical test.

This year, the NEET 2020 exam was conducted on September 13, and another special exam was conducted on October 14. Nearly 14 lakh students appeared for the exam this year amid the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
